Shipping?

Free Shipping on All Orders Over $69. $8 Flat Fee for Orders under $69 for all US based orders (Excluding Alaska & Hawaii). Customers in those states should message us before purchase for shipping quote.

Handling / Processing Time? (1-3 days)

Estimated Delivery Time from Original Purchase Date? (5-10 business days)

Shipping Carrier? To keep shipping costs low / free for our customers. We use all of the major carries based on their shipping rate. Typically, UPS & FED-EX for larger items. USPS & DHL for smaller ones.

Tracking Number will be added to your order with a confirmation email once your package has shipped


Return / Refund Policy?

At finetimeprints.com each piece of canvas wall art is made to order just for you. Because of this, our policy is a little different from traditional retail—but we always aim to make things right if there’s an issue.


Order Changes & Cancellations?

We understand plans can change!

  • You may request a cancellation or change within [24 hours] of placing your order

  • After this time, your artwork may already be in production and cannot be modified or canceled

 Returns & Exchanges?

Since all of our canvas prints are custom-made:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect size choice

    • Slight color differences (due to screen settings)

That said, if something isn’t right, please reach out—we’re here to help.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items?

If your canvas arrives with an issue, we’ve got you covered.

We’ll gladly offer a free replacement or full refund if your item:

  • Arrives damaged in transit

  • Has a printing or manufacturing defect

  • Is not the item you ordered

To resolve quickly:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the canvas and packaging

Once approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no cost or

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

Shipping Issues?

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will work with you to replace or refund it

  • If tracking shows delivered, we recommend checking with neighbors or your carrier, as we are not responsible for stolen packages

Wrong Address?

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

  • If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to help before production begins

Refund Processing?

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing (timing may vary by bank or provider)
