At FineTimePrints each piece of canvas wall art is made to order just for you. Because of this, our policy is a little different from traditional retail—but we always aim to make things right if there’s an issue.

💛 Order Changes & Cancellations

We understand plans can change!

  • You may request a cancellation or change within [24 hours] of placing your order

  • After this time, your artwork may already be in production and cannot be modified or canceled

🖼️ Returns & Exchanges

Since all of our canvas prints are custom-made:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect size choice

    • Slight color differences (due to screen settings)

That said, if something isn’t right, please reach out—we’re here to help.

✅ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your canvas arrives with an issue, we’ve got you covered.

We’ll gladly offer a free replacement or full refund if your item:

  • Arrives damaged in transit

  • Has a printing or manufacturing defect

  • Is not the item you ordered

To resolve quickly:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the canvas and packaging

Once approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no cost or

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

📦 Shipping Issues

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will work with you to replace or refund it

  • If tracking shows delivered, we recommend checking with neighbors or your carrier, as we are not responsible for stolen packages

📍 Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

  • If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to help before production begins

💳 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing (timing may vary by bank or provider)

  • This policy is provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and Shopify platform requirements

  • Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your rights under local law

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements that do not meet the conditions outlined above
