Bear Trap
The Iconic shot of The Golden Bear from the 1986 Masters
At 46 years old, Jack Nicklaus arrived at Augusta in 1986 having gone nearly six years without a major championship. Few expected him to contend. By Sunday afternoon, the Golden Bear was charging.
A legendary back-nine 30, an unforgettable birdie at 17, and a final-round 65 carried Nicklaus to his sixth green jacket and 18th major championship...both records that still define his career.
