Pajama Free Throws
Long before Mamba Mentality became a phrase, Kobe Bryant was already living it.
Pajama Free Throws captures the side of Kobe that made the legend possible—the obsession with getting better. No crowd. No cameras. No game on the line. Just an empty gym, a basketball, and Kobe putting in work dressed like he could've walked straight out of the house.
That’s what makes this piece hit differently. It isn’t about a championship, a buzzer-beater, or 60 points. It’s about everything that happened before those moments.
Because when you’re willing to practice free throws in your pajamas, everyone else is already behind.
